Mirror is beautiful and everything works !
The best mirror
My daughter loves it but one of the bulbs came burned out and we were wondering where we can get a replacement bulb or can you send us one please
This is a must buy. I purchased this product and it has totally changed my getting ready experience. The speakers are Bluetooth are very easy to connect. The speakers also have a great sound. The lights are superb. It also has the option to adjust the light intensity. I am very satisfied with this purchase. Take it from me, get it now. You won't regret it.
I bought a similar mirror like this one on Impressions Vanity but it arrived damaged. To make matters worse, their “customer service” is horrendous. They are not responsive whatsoever and they refuse to replace it because they’re claiming it’s a customer damage rather than defective product. This is after months of me trying to get a hold of them. I somehow came across this company and decided to try them out. I purchased my mirror Monday and it was shipped out Tuesday. It arrived in 3 days. Their packing is so secure that it is impossible for the mirror to break. Also, I had a concern about a specific piece on my mirror and their customer service team answered back within 2 hours with a solution. 100% RECOMMEND PEOPLE
I wanted to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday, I was really nervous about the mirror not coming in one piece. As you can see in my photo I was BEYOND impressed with how professional the Lumina Pro Hollywood mirror was packaged!! Even better My girlfriends face when she opened the mirror up was priceless and she was head over heels with this product!! To everyone!! This is a must must have!!
I’m obsessed!
IT'S HUGE! IT'S BEAUTIFUL! I LOVE IT! The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because of the speakers. They aren't the best for sound quality. But the mirror itself is really nice
