SHIPPING POLICY

We work with both parcel and freight carriers to deliver Lumina Pro products safely and efficiently. Because many of our products are oversized or fragile, delivery methods and timelines may vary depending on the item ordered and the shipping destination.

Shipping Timelines

Most orders ship within 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email.

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive on different dates.

Delays related to weather, freight scheduling, customs processing, holidays, carrier operations, or high shipping volumes may affect transit times.

Delivery Methods

Smaller products such as acrylic organizers, accessories, and select lighting products typically ship through standard parcel carriers.

Oversized items such as vanity desks, large mirrors, and certain furniture pieces may ship through freight carriers and may require a scheduled delivery appointment.

Depending on the product and location, delivery may include parcel delivery, curbside freight delivery, threshold delivery, or white glove service where available.

White glove delivery does not include wall mounting, electrical work, permanent installation, furniture modification, or disposal services unless specifically stated at checkout.

Freight Deliveries

Before placing an order, customers should confirm that the delivery location is accessible for the product being ordered. This includes stairwells, elevators, hallways, entryways, room dimensions, and any building restrictions that may affect delivery.

Some freight carriers deliver to the curb or building entrance only. Delivery access and service levels vary by carrier and location.

Customers are responsible for coordinating scheduled freight deliveries and responding to carrier communication attempts.

Missed delivery appointments or failed delivery attempts may result in additional carrier fees, storage fees, rescheduling fees, or return shipping charges.

Inspecting Deliveries

Packages should be inspected upon delivery whenever possible.

If visible damage is present, it should be noted directly with the carrier at the time of delivery.

Minor wear to outer packaging during transit does not automatically indicate product damage.

Products should be inspected before assembly or installation. Claims related to cosmetic concerns reported after assembly or installation may be limited.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, shipping labels, and the damage itself.

All original packaging should be kept until the inspection and review process has been completed.

Claims for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments may require supporting documentation before a resolution is reviewed.

Depending on the situation, approved resolutions may include replacement parts, repair, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Lumina Pro is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional carrier charges caused by incorrect shipping information.

Certain oversized or freight-shipped products cannot be delivered to PO boxes, forwarding facilities, or restricted-access locations.

Refused Deliveries & Cancellations

Orders that have already been processed, packed, shipped, scheduled for freight pickup, or are in transit cannot be canceled.

Refusing delivery after shipment does not qualify as an order cancellation.

Orders refused at delivery or returned due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to return shipping charges, storage fees, rerouting fees, restocking fees, and original shipping charges.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside of the USA may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs fees, and other international charges.

All international shipping and import-related costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been accepted and scanned by the carrier, transit timing and delivery handling are managed by the shipping carrier.

Lumina Pro is not responsible for carrier-related delays caused by weather, customs processing, scheduling limitations, operational disruptions, or events outside of our control.

How long are shipping and processing?

The processing time for orders is typically 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

How are the mirrors packaged, and will they break during transit?

All our products and lamps are tested before delivery. Our products are double packaged with a wood frame and specifically designed corner protectors to ensure safe delivery. It is essential to save the original packaging for any return or warranty claims.

How do I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an e-mail at [email protected]. An order can only be canceled if the warehouse has not dispatched your order.

Route Packaging Protection

Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It's provided by Route. Route will contact you with all insurance info and terms via email.

Route will inform you of the shipping and tracking for your package, regardless of whether you have purchased the insurance.
